Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Location: St. Louis, MO Department: Recovery Services Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing nursing services to patients within residential care facilities, behavioral health settings, and/or substance use disorder treatment programs. The role includes maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment for clients while performing nursing duties across outpatient psychiatry, addiction services, and housing services. The LPN will also work to build and maintain strong relationships between clients and clinic staff to ensure quality care and a positive client experience. Key Responsibilities: Medication Administration: Administer medications to clients using various methods, including oral, injection, and self-administration, in accordance with service line requirements. Nursing Assessments: Perform nursing assessments, including physical and mental health evaluations, psychiatric screeners, and other health assessments as required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise reports and convey complex information in a respectful manner.
