Evaluate, plan, and deliver individualized therapy programs while supporting and guiding Physical Therapist Assistants. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve patient goals and document progress.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Physical Therapy program and hold or be eligible for an Illinois state PT license. Experience in rehab, long-term, or acute care is a plus, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
What You’ll Do: As a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) at Symbria, you will: 🤝 Collaborate with Occupational Therapists to develop and implement effective, customized treatment plans for patients. 🎯 Set individualized goals and provide hands-on support to help patients regain independence and improve their quality of life. 📝 Maintain productivity standards and complete necessary documentation with accuracy and attention to detail. 👫 Work alongside an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic, patient-centered care. 🌟 Make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and act as a trusted partner in your community.
What We’re Looking For: 🎓 Graduated from an accredited program for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA). 📜 Valid state license or pending license for new graduates. 🏥 Experience in acute care, long-term care, or rehabilitation is a plus, but not required!
