The Memory Care Support Specialist will maintain a person-centered approach to resident care and ensure the delivery of compassionate quality care. They will also assist in managing resident behavioral expressions and participate in the interdisciplinary team for care planning.
A bachelor's degree is required along with a minimum of three years of human services experience, including two years working with dementia or Alzheimer's patients. Candidates should demonstrate the core values of compassion, accountability, relationships, and excellence.
