The pharmacist provides age-specific pharmaceutical care and basic clinical services for assigned patient care areas. They manage medication orders, supervise healthcare team members, and contribute to departmental goals and quality assurance activities.
Candidates must have a Bachelor of Science or Doctor of Pharmacy degree and at least one year of hospital pharmacy experience. BLS and/or ACLS certification and effective communication skills are also required.
Provides age-specific pharmaceutical care and basic clinical services for assigned patient care areas. Contributes to goals, programs, QA, PI and other activities for their unit/department/hospital. Performs other duties as assigned.
