The successful candidate will provide direct clinical services to adolescents and young adults living with HIV, focusing on minority and LGBTQ youth. They will also supervise the case management and social work team, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality patient care.
Candidates must have a Master’s Degree in Social Work and be a New York State Licensed Clinical Social Worker with at least 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience. Experience providing mental health services to adolescents and young adults is also required.

Salary Range: Commensurate with experience and qualifications
