The Licensed Practical Nurse/CMA participates in data collection and assists in developing and implementing a plan of care in collaboration with healthcare professionals. They also evaluate the plan of care with patients and contribute to a high-performance work environment.
Candidates must be graduates from an accredited school of practical nursing and hold a Practical Nurse license from the Indiana State Board of Nursing. Experience as a graduate of an LPN program is also required.
