The PET/CT Technologist is responsible for coordinating and administering CT/Sims and diagnostic radiologic exams, ensuring technical quality and timely data transfer. They also fabricate necessary immobilization devices prior to scans as needed.
Candidates must have a certificate in Nuclear Medicine Technology and be a graduate of an AMA accredited program in radiologic technology. Additionally, they should have 2 years of experience as a nuclear medicine technologist and 2 years as a radiological technologist, with CT experience preferred.
