The Nurse Practitioner will deliver primary care medical services, including diagnosing medical conditions and prescribing medications. They will work collaboratively with a care team to provide consumer-friendly and evidence-based care.
Candidates must have active licensure to practice in Washington and be board certified or eligible in relevant medical fields. They should also possess strong communication skills and experience working with underserved populations.

Active Licensure to practice in the State of Washington, without restriction, probation, or limiting condition or threat thereof Board certified or Board eligible in Family Practice, Internal Medicine, or Med/Peds Possess a valid, unrestricted license or registration to prescribe drugs, medications, pharmaceuticals, and controlled substances Never been disciplined by any professional or peer review organization, governmental agency, licensing body or hospital medical staff for any action or omission based on or related to quality of care. Knowledge of evidence-based primary clinical care standards. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting. Ability to maintain effective and professional relationships with patients and other members of the care team. Strong communication skills. Ability to effectively engage patients in improving and maintaining their health Experience working with underserved, transient populations. Proficient computer skills and experience with electronic health records Desired Knowledge and Skills: Two or more years related experience providing primary care in an outpatient setting. Bilingual English/Spanish.
