The Pulmonary Function Technician oversees the clinical operations of the Pulmonary Function Lab. They are responsible for performing a full array of pulmonary function tests using direct testing and body box methods.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and a degree in Respiratory Therapy from an AMA approved school, though experience may substitute for the degree. A minimum of 2 years in Respiratory Care and CPR certification are required.

Must possess a high school diploma or GED. Respiratory Therapy from an AMA approved school of Respiratory Care. Experience can serve in place of degree. Not less than 2 years in Respiratory Care. Certified Practitioners may be trained to deliver test. CPR certified or must obtain with 3 months of hire.

Compensation decisions are made in alignment with internal equity, role scope, and market data to ensure fair and consistent pay practices. Most new hires are typically placed within the lower to mid-portion of the range; offers above that level are reserved for candidates with advanced or highly specialized qualifications.
