The Radiographer is responsible for X-raying patients using radiologic equipment to produce diagnostic images as directed by the Radiologist. They also prepare and maintain records and files while ensuring patient safety and comfort during procedures.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited radiography school and hold a NJ State Radiologic Technologist license along with ARRT certification. Basic Life Support certification is also required, with 0-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
Responsible for X-raying patient using radiologic equipment that produces radiographs (x-rays) of body for diagnostic purposes, as directed by the Radiologist. Generates high-quality images of patients in order to assist with diagnosis and treatment. Prepares and maintains records and files as directed
