The Pharmacy Technician will work with a Registered Pharmacist to fill and deliver medication orders and prepare IV medications. They are specifically responsible for medication reconciliation within the Emergency Department and organizing pharmacy inventory.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and be a certified Pharmacy Technician or enrolled in an accredited pharmacy program. Previous hospital pharmacy experience and a strong background in mathematics are preferred.

Previous hospital pharmacy technician experience preferred.
1. High school diploma or equivalent, along with a strong background in math, is required. 2. Ability to learn and become proficient in the use of computers, aseptic technique for IV preparations, and medications routinely stocked in the pharmacy, as necessary.
