In this role, you will

• Teams: Provide guidance to Nurse Aides to ensure appropriate care for residents.

• Medications: Properly and safely administer resident medications as prescribed.

• Plans: Execute resident care plans in compliance with company policies, federal guidelines, and physician orders.
• Perform
• Treatments: Deliver treatments as required to ensure resident health and comfort.
• Transcribe
• Orders: Accurately and promptly transcribe physician orders.
• Document
• Resident
• Care: Maintain timely and accurate documentation in resident charts and complete required nursing assessments.
• Collaborate

• Shift
• Reports: Participate in shift reports to ensure seamless communication and care continuity.
• Educate
• Support
• Staff: Implement nursing policies and procedures, educating staff on the care needs of residents.
• Maintain
• Safety
• Standards: Promote a safe working environment by complying with infection control and body mechanic procedures.
• Address
• Staffing
• Needs: Respond to staffing shortages by arranging for replacement staff as necessary.

• Is a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in good standing
