The Anesthetist will provide medical services to UN sponsored Kenyan Peacekeepers and US Government staff at a field hospital. All clinic service delivery will be conducted in accordance with US clinical standards and compliance measures.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited medical school with a degree in medicine or osteopathy and have completed an accredited residency training program in Critical Care. A minimum of three years of current experience in Anesthesiology post-board certification is required.
Education: Graduate of an accredited medical school with a Degree of Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO). Completion of an approved, accredited residency training program in Critical Care based on specialty. Board Certification: Must hold board certification of specialty by the American Board of Medical Specialties or the American Osteopathic Association.
Must possess a current, active, full, and unrestricted license or registration as a Physician from a State, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States.
Minimum of three (3) years of current experience, actively practicing in specialty (Anesthesiology), post-board certification.
