As a Physical Therapist, you will assess patients' physical conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and administer prescribed therapies. You will also monitor patient progress and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
Candidates must have an active Texas Physical Therapist license and preferably experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or long-term care. Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills are essential.
