Role Overview: As an Enrollment & EDI Processor, you will: Process enrollments, terminations, and changes through the system with a thorough understanding of each clients enrollment requirements Proper and expeditious answering of all client questions regarding enrollment procedures and/or problems Review daily reports from EDI loads.
Provide prompt and accurate feedback to vendors on items needing review; Work with internal IT team on internal errors Ensure daily reporting provides all information needed to follow all policy and procedures as defined by Underwriting Troubleshooting ongoing file issues What We're Looking For: Strong communication skills Great attention to detail Intermediate knowledge of Excel Strong knowledge of 834 EDI transactions, including loop structures, segments, and implementation guidelines.
Prior insurance experience preferred.
