The BSA Hospitalist Group includes 36 board-certified/board-eligible physicians and 8 advanced practice providers managing a daily census of approximately 230–240 patients.

About the Role
Our split shift team provides admissions, ICU and floor cross-coverage, and NP supervision with dedicated support from intensivists and the day and nocturnist team.
Schedule
- 2 PM – 2 AM or 3 PM – 3 AM (12-hour shift) | 7-on / 7-off
- Primary
- Duties: Our service provides inpatient care for patients referred by community physicians and the emergency room.
- ICU: Semi-open model with 24/7 medical and surgical intensivist coverage; hospitalists may manage selected
- ICU patients in coordination
- Procedures: Optional – central line and airway skills encouraged but not required; vascular access team handles most lines;
- RT,
- ICU, and
- Anesthesia available for airway support
