The Registered Professional Nurse is responsible for assessing, coordinating, planning, directing, implementing, and managing patient care throughout their episode of care. This includes ensuring competent and compassionate care is provided and collaborating with the nursing team to create a Plan of Care for all patients.
Candidates must be graduates of a professional academic nursing program and hold a current NYS Registered Nurse license. Additionally, they should have 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care and maintain BLS and ACLS certifications.
