Joseph’s Medical Center.
This position offers full clinical autonomy in an Independent Practice Model, covering First Call (In-House 24 Hour) shifts every other weekend.

Joseph’s Medical Center (Stockton, CA) – A 355-bed regional hospital and Level III Trauma Center.
Every Other Weekend (Saturday or Sunday).
Shift
Type: 24-Hour In-House First Call.
Practice
Model: Full Independent Practice. No medical direction.
Full scope of practice including regional anesthesia, arterial lines, central lines, and high-acuity cases.
Work alongside 14n physicians, 30+ independent-practice CRNAs, and 24 resident physicians.
Case
Mix: ~14,300 annual cases including General, Trauma, Cardiac (~800/yr), OB (3,000 births/yr), and Interventional Radiology.
Work in a supportive teaching environment alongside the Anesthesia Residency program.
Active California RN and CRNA License. NBCRNA Certification. ACLS | BLS | PALS. Ability to practice independently in a high-acuity setting (Trauma/OB experience preferred).
