The Licensed Mental Health Professional is responsible for providing assessment and service planning, quality assurance, and coordination of care for individuals with mental health needs. They must also maintain case records and provide culturally sensitive treatment to clients and their families.
Work with the CN Guidance Critical Time Intervention Team to deliver services within an evidence-based model that is time limited, phase-based care management approach focused on enhancing continuity of care during transitional times. The Mental Health Professional resolves clinical and rehabilitative needs to meet the individual's recovery goals.
**You will receive a sign-on bonus of $5,000, provided you remain employed in this role in a fulltime capacity for 6 full months.**
Licensed Psychologists, Licensed Clinical/Masters Social Workers, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists, Licensed Mental Health Counselors, or Licensed Creative Arts Therapist. Limited permit permissible.
Two years' experience working with the chronically mentally ill (Masters level).
