The Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is responsible for providing high-acuity inpatient care services in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), including evaluation and management of neonatal patients. They will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible care for infants and their families.
Candidates must have completed an accredited Neonatal Nurse Practitioner program or a Physician Assistant program and possess relevant certifications. Experience in a Level III or IV NICU is required for Physician Assistants, while Nurse Practitioners must hold board certification.
