Florida OB/GYN hospitalist demand remains steady

Florida hospitals commonly seek OB/GYN hospitalists to support labor and delivery coverage, inpatient obstetric care, and urgent consults, so recent experience and board certification are important signals. These roles are competitive because employers often want an active Florida license or IMLC eligibility and familiarity with hospital-based workflows; benefits commonly include medical, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage.
