Requirements summary

Pay range: $44.01 - $66.02 Schedule: 7:30-6pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday This position is eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus and paid relocation assistance (in-state or out-of-state, amount based on location).
Bonuses are available to external candidates only with at least one year of relevant experience who have not been employed by St.

This position does not directly manage any other caregivers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES: RESPONSIBILITIES: Adheres to Oregon State Occupational Therapy Licensing Board.
Provides occupational therapy evaluation and treatment to achieve desired outcomes.
Provides staff consultation and training.
Provides community resource knowledge and referral services.
Provides occupational therapy services to other hospital service areas.
May be required to drive Rehabilitation van and meet all related SCHS vehicle policy requirements.
