The Assessment Specialist RN is responsible for supporting the needs of the department with a focus on clinical, operational, and administrative excellence. This role is vital in making communities healthier through exceptional care.
Applicants must be graduates from an accredited nursing program and hold a current unencumbered license to practice by the State Board of Nursing. Previous experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility and skills in patient assessments and treatment planning are preferred.
