The Direct Support Professional provides hands-on care and assistance with daily living activities to individuals in a residential setting. Responsibilities include medication administration, health monitoring, meal preparation, and facilitating community participation.
Candidates should have basic computer skills and the ability to lift 50 lbs. A high school diploma and a valid Michigan driver's license are preferred, along with the ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.
