Qualifications Graduate of an approved Occupational Therapy program with minimal equivalent training Bachelor’s Degree in OT, possession of, or eligibility of unrestricted license as a Registered Occupational Therapist in State of Vermont. We are comprised of a 25-bed acute care facility, a 98-bed skilled nursing facility which includes a memory care unit, short-term rehabilitation unit and a long-term care unit, and a network of primary care and specialty medical practices throughout Addison County and the town of Brandon.
