Job Description

At Next Level Medical, our Emotional Wellness Coach (LCSW) plays a crucial role in improving the mental and emotional well-being of our patients. Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, the Emotional Wellness Coach provides comprehensive mental health support and guidance through evidence-based practices. Our Emotional Wellness Coaches embody our core values of Service-Excellence, Teamwork, Integrity, Innovation, and Compassion.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough assessments of patients' emotional and mental well-being and develop personalized treatment plans Provide individual therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to patient care Monitor patient progress and make appropriate adjustments to treatment plans as needed Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient assessments, interventions, and progress Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current on best practices and new advancements in mental health care Pay Range: The salary range for the Emotional Wellness Coach (LCSW) position is $60,000 - $78,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

FLSA Status

This position is classified as Exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).

Requirements

Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. Current, active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in California. Ability to obtain LCSW licensure in Texas, South Carolina, and Tennessee. Minimum of 2 years of experience providing mental health services (telehealth experience preferred). Comfortable providing telehealth services. Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions. Experience delivering brief, solution-focused, or evidence-based therapies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Demonstrates a commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care and upholding organizational core values. Availability to work 30 or more hours per week, including evenings and weekends as required.
