Candidates must hold an active LPN license in Massachusetts and possess strong clinical judgment and communication skills. Previous experience in assisted living, long-term care, or senior living is preferred.
Wednesday – Saturday, Four Work Days - Full Time, 40 hours /week Salary starting at $95,000

Traveling LPN – Assisted Living (MA & RI)
We are excited to introduce a new Traveling LPN position to support our Wellness Nurses across six assisted living communities in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. This is a unique opportunity for an LPN who enjoys variety, collaboration, and being part of a strong clinical leadership team.
The Traveling LPN will provide hands-on clinical support, coverage, and collaboration with community Wellness Nurses, ensuring high-quality care, regulatory compliance, and continuity of services across multiple locations. Travel between communities is paid and included as part of the role.
