The Hospice RN will assess patient needs, create personalized care plans, and provide direct nursing care including medication and symptom management. They will also collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and provide education and support to patients and their families.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited nursing school with a current state nursing license and at least one year of nursing experience. A valid driver's license and insured vehicle are required for travel to patient homes.
