Position Summary

Support OTs in delivering exceptional patient care by focusing on therapy goals and patient progress. Use AI-supported tools to assist in documentation, allowing more time for quality patient interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with therapy sessions and monitor patient progress.
  • Use AI technology to ensure clear and accurate documentation of sessions.
  • Reduce administrative workloads and focus more on hands-on care.
  • Education and/or Experience
  • Graduate of an accredited school of occupational therapy assistant with an Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Two (2) years of experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in an acute care or rehabilitation setting.
  • Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations
  • Active and unencumbered Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in state(s) of employment required.
  • Required within 30 days of hire - National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.

Requirements

Requires an Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited school and current state certification. Candidates must have at least one year of experience in an acute care setting, a valid driver's license, and current CPR certification.
