The Engagement Coordinator is responsible for planning, promoting, and facilitating vibrant activities that enhance the quality of life for residents. This role also involves safely transporting residents and coordinating community outings and special events.
Candidates must have the ability to provide individualized programming and effectively communicate with residents, including those with dementia. A valid driver's license and basic computer skills are required for this position.
