Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support children's physical, cognitive, and social development through in-home therapy. Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to monitor progress and ensure effective skill carryover across environments.

We’re seeking a passionate and skilled Pediatric OT to deliver in-home therapy, helping children reach developmental milestones, build daily living skills, and thrive in their everyday lives.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support each child’s physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development Provide direct therapy services in home settings, promoting skill carryover across environments Monitor progress and modify treatment plans to ensure meaningful outcomes for each child Recommend adaptive equipment and train families on proper use and integration into daily routines Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed documentation, including evaluations, daily notes, and progress reports Collaborate closely with parents and caregivers to reinforce therapy goals and strategies at home Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, holistic care

Qualifications

Requirements

Requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and an active Occupational Therapy license in Texas. Candidates should have excellent communication skills and the ability to perform heavy physical work as needed for patient care.
