Conduct initial psychiatric evaluations and collaboratively develop treatment plans involving medication and therapy. Provide ongoing monthly follow-up care to assess intervention efficacy and ensure treatment goals are met.
Requires a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), an active West Virginia Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner license, and ANCC board certification. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in adult mental health.

Conduct initial evaluations and collaboratively develop treatment plans with clients for medication, therapy or a combination of both. Proactively follow up with clients at a minimum on a monthly basis to assess the efficacy of recommended interventions and ongoing care until treatment goals are achieved. Our clientele strongly prefer combined medication and therapy appointments; you have to be comfortable providing various modalities of talk therapy.
