The Dialysis Care Partner will assist with the setup of dialysis machines and provide emotional support to patients. They are also responsible for monitoring patient safety, documenting observations, and coordinating with clinical staff.
Candidates should ideally hold a CNA or Phlebotomy certification and must be willing to undergo training for dialysis machine operation. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to pass a background check are required.
We’re seeking a compassionate and dependable caregiver who would like to become a Dialysis Care Partner. This role is ideal for professionals who are familiar with dialysis routines are phlebotomists and are open to receiving training on dialysis machine setup and treatment support.
Key Responsibilities Assist with patient setup for dialysis treatments (e.g., NxStage, Tablo, or similar machines) Provide companionship, emotional reassurance, and help maintain treatment schedules Monitor safety and assist with light activities of daily living (ADLs) Communicate with clinic nurses and care coordinators Document observations and any concerns during support hours
CNA, Phlebotomy certification preferred Willingness to be trained on dialysis machine setup and treatment support Reliable, empathetic, and detail-oriented Strong interpersonal communication skills Must pass background check and vetting via Herewith platform
Consistent weekly hours at $25/hour Stable scheduling tailored to the client’s care plan Training support and placement assistance Independence with the backing of a clinical care team
