  • Range: $250,000.00 - $350,000.00Martin Dentistry is seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our Johnson City, TN dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their treatment. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care, proficiency in various dental procedures, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. Duties Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health issues. Perform a variety of dental procedures including fillings, crowns, bridges, and extractions. Specialize in areas such as Endodontics and Prosthodontics as needed. Utilize advanced technologies and software such as Epic for patient management and record keeping. Ensure adherence to aseptic techniques during all procedures to maintain a sterile environment. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies. Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other staff to provide exceptional patient care. Stay updated with the latest advancements in dental practices and medical terminology. Experience A Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution is required. Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred, with a focus on patient care within a dental clinic environment. Proficiency in performing oral surgeries and dental extractions is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
