Loyal clients who care deeply about their pets’ medical care. Demand for services is very high; a strong caseload will be immediately available to experienced veterinarians joining the team.

Excellent culture, collaborative environment, and low turnover
Hours: Monday-Friday 8a - 5p and Saturdays 8a - 12p, closed on Sundays, with flexible shifts available
Yorktown, Virginia is a suburb of Newport News, located one hour away from Virginia Beach. Close to Williamsburg. Yorktown is a fantastic area with an affordable cost of living, top-ranked school systems, wonderful dining options, lots of parks and outdoor activities, and much more.
Compensation & Benefits
Full-time, experienced veterinarian with strong surgical skills base salary: $140-225k. Commensurate with skillset, experience, schedule and your preferred pace.
Additional opportunities to earn: Highly competitive monthly, no negative accrual bonus plan. Earning potential 225k. Bonus plan is not mandatory (for candidates preferring straight salary). Equity opportunity available starting early 2025.
Relocation stipend
Bonus in exchange for multi-year commitment negotiable; commensurate with length of commitment, skillset and schedule commitment
