Interns assist therapists in conducting counseling sessions for families, individuals, and groups while developing psychosocial histories and treatment objectives. They also serve as patient advocates and coordinate discharge planning with the multidisciplinary treatment team.
Candidates must be enrolled in a Master’s degree program in social work, counseling, or a related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required to document assessments and collaborate effectively with treatment teams.
Enrolled in a Master’s Degree program from an accredited college or university in social work, counseling, or other related fields.
Position requires the ability to work productively and have the ability to ensure attention todetail in reviewing and producing documents. Must follow the security and confidentiality guidelines of ‘Windmoor
Certified Residential Medication Aide/Personal Support Specialist (CRMA/PSS)
Domestic and Sexual Violence Counselor
State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA)
