The Clinical Psychologist will conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations and psychological testing for youth up to age 18. They will also collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to the development of the testing service line.
Candidates must hold an unrestricted doctoral-level license to practice in New York and possess extensive experience in psychological testing. Proficiency in ADOS-2 and digital test administration is required, along with a commitment to evidence-based care.
Availability for at least 16 hours of work (2 full days per week) in-person at our Albany clinic. Unrestricted license to practice at the doctoral level in the state of New York Extensive experience in psychological testing across a variety of tests Strong candidates are Able to think critically about battery selection Trained in digital administration of tests when available Trained in the ADOS-2, in addition to self/other reported questionnaire interpretation and ASD-focused interviews to support autism evaluations. Strong knowledge of current clinical research and a commitment to staying updated on the latest empirical advancements A clear understanding and deep commitment to ethical standards of care Experience providing care both in-person for testing (appointments may be virtual for some diagnostic evaluations and feedback sessions, depending on clinical appropriateness and family preference) Interest and experience thriving in a start-up environment This role is compensated on an hourly basis, with hourly rate range from $125-$150 for a part-time schedule of approximately 16 hours per week. Compensation is based on licensure, experience, and internal equity.
