The IPS Counselor provides intensive, trauma-focused therapeutic interventions and case management to youth and caregivers in a community-based setting. They are responsible for conducting home visits, facilitating sessions, and providing 24/7 crisis intervention support on a rotational basis.
The role requires the ability to diagnose and treat mental health disorders and demonstrate emotional intelligence in family interactions. Candidates must be available for a flexible schedule including evenings and on-call rotations, and possess strong documentation and organizational skills.
