The Occupational Therapist is responsible for assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, and performing interventions to improve functionality and safety in a home health setting. They must also coordinate with the healthcare team, document patient progress, and instruct families on therapeutic activities.
Candidates must hold a valid state license and registration as an Occupational Therapist and have completed an accredited program. The role requires the ability to work with patients of all ages and a self-motivated approach to independent practice.
