The chaplain provides in-home spiritual and emotional care to hospice patients and their families while coordinating with the interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include conducting spiritual assessments, documenting care in the electronic medical record, and supporting families through the bereavement process.
Candidates must hold a graduate degree from an accredited theological school or seminary, with a Master of Divinity preferred. At least one year of healthcare chaplaincy experience is preferred, along with the ability to work in an interfaith setting.

$55000 - $60000 yearly Depending on Experience
A graduate degree from an accredited theological school or seminary with emphasis in religion, divinity, pastoral counseling, or related field. M.Div. preferred. At least 1 year of chaplaincy experience in a healthcare setting preferred. Comfort in an interfaith setting and ability to work with individuals with diverse lifestyles, beliefs/values, and cultures.
