Inova Oakville Surgery Center is a full service ambulatory outpatient facility. We are licensed, Medicare certified, and AAAHC accredited. We are seeking an experienced Surgical Tech with a strong orthopedic background to scrub under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse. As a member of our surgical team, you will prepare and maintain supplies, instruments, equipment and rooms for surgical procedures, recognize safety hazards and initiate appropriate corrective and/or preventive measures, and perform other related duties as a key member of the team supporting the philosophy, objectives, and goals of the Surgery Center.
Duties: & Responsibilities:
Candidates must have at least one year of progressive operating room experience and possess a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. A Surgical Technology certification is preferred, and the candidate must be eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
