Responsibilities

• Windsor Laurelwood Center is seeking a Housekeeper The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment throughout the facility in accordance with established housekeeping procedures, infection control standards, OSHA requirements, and Joint Commission regulations.
• This role supports patient safety, comfort, and well-being by ensuring patient rooms, offices, and public areas are cleaned and maintained to healthcare-grade standards.
• The Housekeeper works independently with minimal supervision, manages time effectively in a fast-paced environment, and contributes to a positive, respectful atmosphere for patients, visitors, and staff.
• The Housekeeper properly uses and stores cleaning supplies and equipment, ensures adequate availability of linens and essential supplies, and promptly reports safety, maintenance, or infection control concerns.
• This position requires flexibility in scheduling, teamwork, and readiness to assist during emergencies while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to all facility policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Experience

• A minimum of two (2) years experience in housekeeping duties, preferably in a health care facility.
• Additional
• Requirements: Must be able to work with minimal supervision. May be required to work overtime and flexible hours.
