Role Summary A Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Silver Lake Psychology provides high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families. Success in this role means maintaining a consistent caseload, delivering evidence-based care, and completing documentation accurately and on time while collaborating with a supportive clinical team.
Licensed Therapist Required Qualifications Active, unrestricted license: Psychologist (PsyD or PhD), LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LPCC in Virginia Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field Strong background in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT) Ability to provide therapy independently Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms Experience conducting psychotherapy with specific populations (children, adolescents, trauma, couples, etc.) Experience in outpatient or group practice settings About Silver Lake Psychology: Silver Lake Psychology is a therapist-owned private practice providing high-quality psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and high-functioning adults from diverse backgrounds.
