Location: Seasons at Apple Valley, Apple Valley, MN
Setting: Assisted Living, Independent Living, Outpatient,
Lovely Community - Work with higher functioning residents
Schedule: Monday to Friday, No Weekends, No Evenings
Part-time: 36-45.00 per hour

Must hold a current license as an Occupational Therapist or have the ability to obtain one in the state of practice. Previous experience in an outpatient setting is preferred.
