This position provides custodial and personal care services to clients under the direction of a Registered Nurse. Duties include companionship, cooking, light housekeeping, and assistance with transportation, errands, and personal care.
This position provides custodial and personal care services to clients that contract with Assisting Hands for services under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) and in compliance with the Plan of Care designated by the RN.
Education: Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant
Individual must have successfully completed and provide evidence of formal home health aide training or certification as a Nursing Assistant per state law and regulation. One (1) year experience in the home or long-term care setting is preferred.
CPR Certification Card, TB Test, CEU's and Level 2 live-scan criminal background check.
Reports to: Director of Nursing

Dependent on assignment. Assisting Hands does not guarantee hours.
