Job Summary We are seeking a Mental Health Aide to join our team! As a Mental Health Aide, you will assist our clients with meeting their goals to keep living independently, and housing stabilization. The ideal candidate is compassionate, works well within a team environment, and has strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with housing sustainable, vocational rehabilitation services, and ARMHS
• Assist with helping clients with basic skill functions to take care of themselves
• Maintain a good relationship with clients and other staff
• Keeping appointments with clients to maintain the accountability some clients count on
• Maintain excellent records of client interactions, and report anything concerning immediately

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• The ability to work well within a team environment
• Positive, compassionate attitude helpful

Compensation

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
