As a Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant, you will care for seniors and those with illnesses in their homes, assisting with daily activities and monitoring their health. You will work with a team to ensure that each patient's care plan is followed and any changes are communicated to supervisors.
Schedule: 40 hours a week with alternating weekends
