The Case Manager provides intensive individual mental health interventions and implements treatment plans developed by the treatment team. They are responsible for engaging participants in therapeutic activities and providing clinical data to support treatment objectives.
Candidates must have at least a bachelor's degree in a social services field and one year of experience in the CASSP system. Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance are required for this community-based role.
