iCare Elder Services LLC is seeking a compassionate, dedicated Overnight Direct Care Worker to join our team and provide individualized care and support to elderly individuals in Forksville, Pennsylvania. This is a Full-Time hourly job, with compensation of $17 to $20 per hour. Responsibilities

• Provide direct assistance and support to clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding according to dietary and nutritional needs
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry, cleaning, and organizing
• Provide companionship and engage in activities with clients
• Monitor and report changes in clients' health and well-being to a supervisor
• Follow care plans and update them as needed
• Adhere to all safety protocols and standards
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client care

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a home care setting is preferred
• Must have a current CPR/First Aid certification
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
