Supporting clients through overnight programming and activities.
Monitoring safety, behavior, and daily living needs.
Acting as a go-between for clients and clinical staff.
Helping with intakes, paperwork, assessments, and documentation.
Assisting during crises (with training and supervision).
Transporting clients to meetings or appointments when needed.
Supporting recovery-focused routines with empathy and professionalism.
You’ll receive frequent supervision, guidance, and training, so you’re never on your own.
What you need? High school diploma or GED. Ability to stay awake, alert, and engaged overnight. Valid driver’s license plus a clean driving record. Willingness to complete required PA Child Abuse and FBI Fingerprinting clearances, drug screen, TB test, and CPR/First Aid. If you’re in recovery yourself, we welcome your lived experience (18+ months in recovery required).
